Mckail Hamilton is founding partner of Atticus Legal Group, LLC. Having practiced in litigation and family law—including divorce, custody, grandparent's visitation, paternity, and protective orders—since 2012, Mckail's experience and knowledge are an asset to her clients.
As an experienced family law attorney, Mckail has had the pleasure of providing objective, appropriate advice and recommendations to clients in all settings, enabling them to make informed decisions. She has taken and defended depositions, litigated hearings and trials, and drafted winning arguments at all stages of the divorce process.
Mckail recognizes that going through a divorce or custody battle may result in the most trying time in a client's life. Her courtesy and professionalism during these trying times are essentially to the well-being of any client.
Through her practice at Atticus Legal Group, Mckail has demonstrated a commitment to providing accurate, creative, and quality advice to each of her clients. With her years of legal research and argument (both written and oral), she has become proficient in presenting clear and concise analysis of rules, case law, and current legal trends. Historically, her advice has encouraged my clients to reach satisfying and equitable resolutions on emotionally challenging issues.

Education: Mckail completed her undergraduate degree at Utah State University in 2009, receiving a B.A. in Management and Human Resources. She graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law with her J.D. in May of 2012, and was admitted to the Utah State bar the fall of 2012.
